Yoga: Over 80% of users reported improved overall health and feeling better
Natural products: Over 65% of users reported improved overall health and feeling better
Spinal manipulation: Over 65% of users reported improved overall health and feeling better
Less than 25% of users of natural product supplements said they had reduced stress, better sleep, or felt better emotionally as a result of using natural product supplements.
Approximately 40% of users of spinal manipulation said they had reduced stress, better sleep, and/or an easier time coping with health problems after using the approach.
