Sleep Disorders

There are more than 80 defined sleep disorders including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy. Lifestyle changes—for example, establishing a regular sleep schedule, relaxing before bedtime, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine—can sometimes improve sleep quality.
